- Client’s or User’s reliance on any advice, strategies, or systems provided by Company or its representatives.

- Engagements, interactions, negotiations, or business transactions between Client, prospects, or third parties.

- Any claims related to intellectual property, privacy, data breaches, compliance, or any regulatory or legal violations arising from the Client’s use of Services.

- Any claims or disputes arising from actions, statements, or conduct by any independent contractor or agent working with or under contract to BehindTheTalk LLC or BehindTheTalkAISolutions.com.

THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & VENDORS

BehindTheTalk LLC may recommend or utilize third-party vendors, software, platforms, or automation tools. You agree that these are used solely at your discretion and risk. We expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any issues, errors, failures, inaccuracies, or damages caused by such third-party tools or platforms.

NO LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
